com/pre-allocation-instructions . Update, March 6, 2018: The pre-allocation (Batch B) has concluded. Stay tuned for more details on our crowd fundraiser. Dear Cardstack community, We’re pleased to provide the instructions for participating in the pre-allocation round (Batch B) of the Cardstack Token Generation Event (TGE) , which opens on March 6, 2018 at 1:00 PM (13:00) CET to participants approved by Bitcoin Suisse.

Because of your strong support, we anticipate high demand for the pre-allocation. Please pay close attention to the following instructions to ensure that your contribution will be included. As a reminder, you should only participate after reading and understanding our White Paper and information at cardstack.com.

You can direct any questions you have about the project or the Token Generation Event to the admins of our community Telegram group at https://t.me/cardstack . If you are unable to participate in the pre-allocation, we welcome your participation in our crowd fundraiser. For general information about Cardstack’s Token Generation event, click here and read our first update . The following instructions apply only to contributors with KYC/AML approval from Bitcoin Suisse.

Important reminders: Please beware of scam attempts. Cardstack or its partners (including Bitcoin Suisse and Amazix) will NEVER solicit funds via private message, email, or any form of social media.

All contributions for the pre-allocation (Batch B) will be managed through the Bitcoin Suisse platform at https://ico.bitcoinsuisse.

ch . For the pre-allocation (Batch B), do not send funds to any address which you did not receive directly on the Bitcoin Suisse platform. If you are in doubt or notice any suspicious activity, please message the admins in our official Telegram group: https://t.me/cardstack Before the TGE begins: 1. Complete the Framework Agreement If you have successfully completed registration and KYC/AML with Bitcoin Suisse, you may download Bitcoin Suisse’s framework agreement for the Cardstack TGE from your dashboard on the Bitcoin Suisse website.

Please print it out and prepare it in advance of the TGE: Include your full name on the first page as it appears in the documentation used to verify your Bitcoin Suisse account Sign the agreement, including place and date, by hand (This is mandatory by Swiss law. If the agreement is not signed by hand, it will be rejected.) Scan and upload the full signed agreement (not just the last page) to your computer. Make sure the file is not bigger than 16 MB. You may also take photos of your full signed agreement, as long as the images are high-resolution and extremely clear. Otherwise, the images may be rejected.

When the fundraiser opens, you will be asked to upload the full signed agreement to Bitcoin Suisse’s platform before you will be allowed to send a contribution. The agreement will require a few minutes to process for each contributor, depending on the network load. Hence, please make sure this file is ready and easily accessible on your computer when the TGE begins, in order to ensure you can submit the agreement as quickly as possible. 2.

Have ETH ready in your Ethereum wallet The pre-allocation is first-come, first-serve, determined by the time of arrival of funds at Bitcoin Suisse. Due to high demand in the Cardstack Token Generation Event, it is possible the pre-allocation will reach its target allocation very quickly. Because of this, we strongly recommend making your contribution in ETH or BTC instead of a slower payment method like fiat currency. Please have sufficient ETH or BTC ready in a personal wallet where you own the private key.

Do not send funds to Bitcoin Suisse from an exchange or Coinbase. Your funds will be lost. For instructions on how to send funds, please see Appendix: How to Send Ether When the TGE opens: 1. The Cardstack TGE Pre-allocation begins on March 6, 2018 at 1:00 PM (13:00) CET . 2.

Go to https://ico.

bitcoinsuisse.ch/ and click ICOs in the left hand menu. 3.

Select the Cardstack TGE. 4. Click ‘Register Now’ to contribute. 5. Upload your completed Cardstack Bitcoin Suisse Framework Agreement (see above for instructions).

6. Choose the currency you wish to contribute in. As previously mentioned, we recommend ETH or BTC. 7. Enter your desired contribution amount. The minimum is the equivalent of $1,000 USD and maximum is $50,000 USD.

* ETH-USD rates will be locked once enough contributions have been received to fill the target allocation or once the fundraising period is over. For more details, please see the Framework agreement. *Your maximum contribution may vary depending on your AML results. 8. Enter your token receiving address — this is the wallet address where your CARD tokens will be sent once all rounds of the TGE finished. It must be a wallet you control the private key to.

Do not input an exchange or Coinbase wallet address here — that will result in a loss of funds. 9. Hit ‘Register.’ Bitcoin Suisse will process your framework agreement and desired contribution amount for AML approval. This should take 2–5 minutes per registration.

However, it may take a bit longer when the TGE opens due to a high volume of participants. You can check your status by clicking the grey alert in the lower right corner, or navigating to “My ICO Participations” and selecting the “Pending” tab. 10.

When your registration is approved, you will be provided with a unique deposit address. You will be notified with a green alert in the lower right corner, which you may click to open a popup window that will contain your unique deposit address. You will also receive a notification via email. 11. You may also find your address by navigating to “My ICO Participations” in the left hand menu, then selecting the “Approved” tab and clicking the Cardstack TGE.

Your unique deposit address will appear on screen as circled in the screenshot. 11. Transfer funds to the unique deposit address you are provided with (for instructions, see appendix below: “How to Send Ether”). Double check that you are sending funds to the correct address. We will not be confirming addresses via our web app on cardstack.

com/verify. 12. Click “Notify of New Payment” after your funds have been sent. Your transaction will appear as pending, as indicated in the following screenshot: 12. When the target allocation for the pre-allocation is reached, Bitcoin Suisse will send an email to notify you.

They will send another email a few hours later to confirm whether your contribution was successful based on the timestamps of all funds received.

If your contribution was over the maximum amount, you will be refunded the difference. If your contribution was received after the target allocation was met, your contribution will be refunded to the address you sent the funds from. Appendix: How to Send Ether This example shows how to contribute funds using MyEtherWallet. Other Ethereum wallets will follow the same process and require the same information. This process will differ for other currencies, including BTC. 1. Go to MyEtherWallet . Click Send Ether & Tokens.

2.

Access your wallet through one of the available methods. 3. Provide the required information to access your wallet, then click “Generate Transaction.” Provide the required inputs: Gas Price: Set the gas price for the transaction in the header bar. Set a high gas price to help your transaction settle quickly and give you the best chance of participating.

To Address: Enter the unique deposit address provided to you within the Bitcoin Suisse platform. Please double check that it is accurate and came from bitcoinsuisse.ch. Amount to Send: Enter the amount of ETH you wish to contribute.

Gas Limit: Set the gas limit for the transaction and amount of ETH you wish to send.

The values in this screenshot are for example purposes only. 4. Confirm the transaction by clicking “Send Transaction.” A pop-up will appear that allows you to check your previous inputs. If everything looks accurate, click “Yes, I am sure! Make transaction.

” 5. After you have sent the transaction, return to the Bitcoin Suisse platform to report the transaction as described in the steps above. Note: You will be depositing funds directly to Bitcoin Suisse and not to a smart contract. Tokens purchased in the Cardstack TGE Pre-allocation will be distributed to the wallet address you specified in the registration process. Tokens will be unlocked within 30 days after the conclusion of the crowd fundraiser period.

Final Thoughts If you aren’t able to contribute in our pre-allocation, please stay tuned for a forthcoming announcement on the Crowd Fundraiser (Batch C) round of our Token Generation Event.

If you are in doubt or notice any suspicious activity, please message the admins in our official Telegram group: https://t.me/cardstack . We look forward to your contribution.

This is a big step toward creating an ecosystem for the experience layer of the decentralized Internet, and we’re grateful for your participation.

Sincerely, .
