Meghan , on the other hand, kicked off the Sussexes’ first-ever joint visit to the Big Apple wearing a navy-coloured ensemble including a high-neck shirt, wide-legged trousers and pumps.

During this engagement, Meghan and Harry were joined by New York Mayor Bill de Blasio, his family and New York State Governor Kathy Hochul.
Later on the same day, Meghan abandoned her trouser suit and changed into a camel-coloured coat worn on top of a classic and smart ensemble.
Then, the Sussexes took part in a roundtable discussion on vaccine equity and met Linda Thomas-Greenfield, the US ambassador to the United Nations.
On their second day in New York, Meghan and Harry visited PS 123 Mahalia Jackson school in Harlem.

Moreover, they donated a washing machine and dryer for the school to use for students’ uniforms.
To further promote literacy and access to books, the Duchess personally donated reading nooks to many Graham Windham locations in New York.
On their last day in New York, Harry and Meghan met with UN deputy secretary-general Amina Mohammed, who said to have discussed “how to engage on issues we care about deeply” with the Sussexes.

On Saturday evening, the Duchess opted for a white minidress as she and Harry appeared on stage at a Global Citizen Live vaccine equity event.
Kate seemed to send a powerful message to her sister-in-law with her bold choice of outfit on Wednesday.
While the Duchess of Cambridge has previously been characterised as mild, her strong ensemble signalled she meant business and appeared to position her as a future Queen.

The Duke and Duchess heard from some of the nursing students they spoke via video call in February to learn more about their working placements and how Covid has affected them and their studies.
They were also shown a specially designed simulated ambulance used by students of the newly-launched BSc Hons Paramedic Science Programme in Northern Ireland.
Among the other activities they carried out on campus, Kate and William visited the “Culture Shock” event hosted by the Student Union, where they listened to some traditional Northern Irish music, tried whiskey and were taught some “local expressions”.
Finally, they visited the petting zoo on campus, designed to promote students’ wellbeing.
Among the animals, Kate chose to pet there was a tarantula named after her daughter Charlotte, who is famously fascinated by spiders.
