I love this app for trading.But, while depositing the cash via UPI you need to provide us with a transaction ID immediately so that we have the proof of transaction where as currently you give us details only after the credit of the amount in zebpay where sometimes it takes time.In alerts we should be able to add an alert for when coin goes to a lower price rather than only having a >= alert.And there should be a net worth tabs where I can see how much money in total I have combining all my crypto holdings and a tab which shows all my crypto coins.When I use a sort by my coins option I want that option to be saved so when I clear the app from notification and open it later I should still be able to see the coins with my sort as show my coins.
These are Some of the changes which would make it much easier to use the app.

Quallz18 , Latest version is Confusing
Zebpay earlier was very user friendly and could be easily operated by layman too.But now post the latest update, the concept of trading is confusing.
How is a person supposed to know the value of bitcoin by just entering the amount.More so, the widget shows some other value while the app has some other value.
Also, after the latest update, the values are much elevated on the home screen, and much lesser on the trading screen.Please fix these issues for ease of access as it is a brilliant app otherwise.I hope Team Zebpay actually does something about it else there are other online portals for the ease of access too.

Enphiniti , Deposit and balance reflection in Zebpay account
Although ZEBpay commits to have UPI transfers available with in 15min free of cost, this doesn’t happen and there is no other option for the user but to raise a ticket and wait for hours.U will not get any response and you are in limbo about the status of your funds.The UPI gateway, gocashfree in my case has provided ref no for successful transfer but to get the balance credit on merchant, we have to approach Zebpay and you have no way to reach them and help doesn’t help!! Pls beware of funds getting locked and mounting frustration on these sites.
