Well, folks, I want to start off by talking about the price of bitcoin.Bitcoin right now is boring as Hell, let’s be honest, right? It’s been consolidating, moving sideways, kind of chopping between 29,030 thousand.

Nothing to really talk about in the sense of what did it do in the past day? Well, the same what that’s been doing over the past month.Boring as hell.But there is a bullish and there is a bearish scenario.

What happens next? And I’ve been sharing with you guys the following chart.I’m by no means any type of great technical analyst.I just understand market cycles haven’t been here for multiple bull markets and bear markets.And we’ve been talking about bitcoin’s Retracement to about forty k.Forty k plus, then a rollover, and then a slow, steady growth into the having of next year.Now of course, bitcoin moving upwards means the liquidity will flow from bitcoin down to the altcoins, and you have a mini alt season.

So this is not a move to new all time highs.In my opinion.Right now, bitcoin could certainly drop back down to 28K or about 27K, then move up to its final leg.

That’s the bearish scenario in the short term.Or some news or something could happen this week Where it just rips up to that final leg.We’ll have to wait and see.We have to be prepared for all scenarios and we have to exercise a lot of patience here, especially even if you’re not holding bitcoin, you’re just holding all coins.Remember, the liquidity first flows to bitcoin, then It flows down to the all coins.And I’m of course watching bitcoin closely and of course XRP closely because of the ripple victory and XRP being declared not a security.

And boy, it would be great if bitcoin pops off soon, where it goes to 40 something thousand, it hits the overbought Scenario, then the liquidity flows to XRP, ethereum and all the other alts and they pop off as well.That will be awesome.But this is where we have to exercise patience, because there’s no guarantees here.There are no certainties, no one has a crystal ball.But here are some other factors That could indicate a move soon.

So the DXY, which is the US dollar currency index, when it’s moving upwards, assets are moving downwards.When the DXY is crashing and going downwards, assets are going up.So always remember that rule, folks.And here, it did have a little bounce upwards, but According to some analysts, this is a bearish retest and it’s going to hit some resistance and then roll over.I can’t wait for that, because that means bitcoin and the other assets will continue to move upwards.Right? So this is a good indicator of what may happen.And look, this week we might hear some bad news or bullish news from the Fed, because apparently on Wednesday they’re going to meet to discuss if they’re going to raise rates.

Now, the other indicator here is bitcoin.And the crypto market is heavily correlated to the stock market.

So the Nasdaq, many times, based on how it’s moving, bitcoin follows that pretty close.

See here, one of the folks is highlighting, he said the last time, the Nasdaq 100 bitcoin led bitcoin higher by this much bitcoin, ripped into a parabolic bull run.So there’s a bit of a deviation here Where bitcoin has been moving sideways, consolidating, and the Nasdaq has been going crazy, right? The stock market, I took some profits, some stocks, actually, and look, I walked away with profits, but I’m seeing the fibonacci and I’m like, I don’t know what’s happening here, but I’m going to take some profits.And I’m hoping bitcoin catches up to the Nasdaq.And once again, that liquidity flows from bitcoin to the all coins.We shall see what happens.

My friends.This is something we got to watch closely.Now, the big news of the day.Elon Musk this morning started promoting X.So Twitter is becoming X.

He’s essentially rebranding it.Remember his history.He started X.com in the past, which became PayPal.PayPal was ultimately bought by Ebay and walked away with a lot of money.But he’s always had an affinity for X, right? SpaceX and many other companies, xai and all these things.

He named one of his kids.You know, this is fine and dandy, I’m not here to talk about the social media aspect, but remember, Elon is trying to make Twitter or X a payments app, right? In addition to the social media features, he wants to make it like WeChat and I’m very curious as to which cryptos and which Blockchain are going to power that payments network.And Elon, we know he’s bullish on crypto.He personally holds bitcoin.

Ethereum and dogecoin.SpaceX and Tesla both have bitcoin on their balance sheet.And he’s aware of all the blockchain and crypto.He’s talked about it.So we shall have to wait and see.And he was asking people to put together logos for X.So he did a lot of tweeting.He said, not sure what subtle clues gave it away, but I like the letter X.

And folks have been talking about this.I’m sure you all heard the news.And X.com.

Now points to Twitter.com.Here we have the Twitter CEO talking about the vision for X and what they plan to do.

It’s going to be powered by AI will help us connect in different ways.So one of the ways that can be done is with Web three blockchain crypto, right? So recently, you all may recall my interview with Yoni Asia, who’s the CEO of Etoro.Etoro has been partnering with Twitter for years and they formed a new partnership.

It was, I think, earlier this year, where it allows crypto and stock info to appear on Twitter.So if you search for an asset like XRP in the search bar, it brings up a chart, it allows you to go to Etoro to trade it.Well, if that partnership is already there, I’m very curious what they’re going to do next to integrate the payments features to help get that going.So we shall see.I’m sure they’re going to do stuff with NFTs as well.So I’m going to try to contact Yoniasia and see if there’s anything new with their partnership.But this is big, folks.Whether you love or hate Elon or you don’t care For Elon, we know the man knows what he’s doing when it comes to technology and payments, right? His pedigree is in payments going back to PayPal and X.com, of course.

And obviously he’s built some great companies.Tesla SpaceX and many more.Now we got some FUD around the SEC Ripple ruling of Judge Torres.Charles Gasparina has been spreading a lot of FUD, trying to poo poo, Ripple’s victory, and XRP being declared a security.

I don’t know if he’s doing this for attention, if he’s engagement farming, just being contrarian or he’s paid off Or bought in some way, the latter would not surprise me because this guy actually in his history, he lied about winning or being nominated for a Pulitzer.So you’re dealing with someone who’s a liar, right? So he put a column out here on the New York Post, and the title is Crazy crypto Ruling Judge Shaking Up the $1.2 Trillion Market.So this wasn’t like reporting about the facts.Like, here’s what happened.

He’s using a lot of sensationalism and trying to diminish the judge and saying that she makes bizarre and dangerous orders and all these things.So it’s a hit piece for sure.So just be on the lookout.This guy is a clown.Charles Gasparino, once again, could be engagement forming or he’s bought in some way.He’s a puppet in some way, but we’ll have to wait and see.

But remember, he lied.This was publicly reported about his being nominated for a poltergeist here.

Metal on man kind of shared some great thoughts about this, and I’m going to read through the entire thing he said.

This Charles Gasparino column is a great example of why I oppose censorship.I believe everyone should be able to read Gasparino’s ill informed and nonsensical column attacking Judge Annalisa Torres decision in the Ripple case.Gasparino calls the Harvard educated Judge Torres acutely witless, and he describes her decision as absurd, weird, bizarre, madness, and dangerous.

So, see, this is a hit piece, guys.It’s trash reporting here, right? Gasparino cites anonymous securities law experts.

Yeah, potty ones he pulled out of his ass for the idea that Judge Torres ruled that small investors don’t deserve the same type of protections as some dude working at a hedge fund.This is, of course, false.

If billionaire Larry Fink of BlackRock buys XRP on the secondary market, It’s still not a securities transaction.This is readily apparent from the decision.Gasparino then attacks Judge Taurus’law clerks, arguing that they don’t understand how stocks work.

But it’s Gasparino who misses the critical distinction between stock and crypto tokens.You do not acquire equity in a company when you buy a token.Unlike stock, crypto tokens do not carry with them any rights against the issuing company or project.That’s why a token like XRP is not a security.

Judges don’t get to clap back when they are subjected to baseless attacks by politicians or columnists like Charles Gasparino.

It is the responsibility of the lawyers and The American Bar Association to respond forcibly or forcefully when defamations are launched against the judiciary.Wow.I hope this clown Gasparino gets sued and we got to expose these people like this.Something smells fishy.I think Gasparino there’s something going on.He’s either shorting XRP or once again, it’s some Crazy engagement farming, but I don’t think so.

I think this is something else.And who knows, right? Because he’s been a Wall Street connected guy for a while.So who knows if they’re using him to suppress the price, the short, whatever it may be.But we’ll have to wait and see here.

Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse had some thoughts to share regarding the lawsuit.He says an important topic has come up about protecting retail.

The SEC created this mess by proclaiming it was the cop on the beat when it had no legal jurisdiction.

Where’s that gotten us? Consumers left holding the bag in bankruptcy Court while the SEC holds press conferences.It’s absurd to blame a judge for faithfully applying the law.We all know legislation, not more regulation by enforcement, is the only way forward to provide clear rules and protect retail.Glad to see members of Congress like Representative Richie Torres and Patrick McHenry champion this.So obviously, Representative Richie Torres sent a scathing letter to Gary Genson, the SECD this week talking about judge Torres’ruling.Patrick McHenry, of course, working with Glenn Thompson on that bill, which they submitted this past week.Stuart Aldorati, Ripple’s Chief Legal officer, retweeted Brad, and said, a securities agency only has jurisdiction over securities.

No security, no role for the SEC pretending to have jurisdiction where there is none.Is simply a political power play.It helps no one.It hurts everyone.So we know Gary Genzer wants the treasury job.He’s made the SEC very political, and that’s why I call him a scumbag regulator.Now, I wanted to share what attorney Jeremy Hogan had to say regarding the SEC possibly filing an appeal in the lawsuit.

He said, heading into a settlement conference, an appeal is really the only ammunition the SEC has against Ripple.

Of course it says it will appeal.I don’t think you can read too much into that statement one way or the other.So Jeremy essentially saying the SEC making these quotes in the labs slash Doquan case could be some optics, right? As he mentioned, they’re going into settlement conference with Ripple.And look, Ripple can file appeals too.

So it’s not just the SEC in the institutional sales.Ripple can file appeal, so we’ll see what happens.I don’t think the SEC will file an appeal.

I think it’s more optics.

But even if they do remember, the timeline is crazy.It’s like two years out.By that time, I think Congress would Have already acted in passing crypto regulations.You see, there’s like five bills right now getting ready to be pushed through.

So we’ll have to wait and see.The SEC is not on good ground right now, and I can’t wait to see what happens in the Coinbase lawsuit.So there’s going to be fireworks in that case as well.The judge is already siding with Coinbase because of the foolishness of the SEC.
