It was already decided that the African and Arab people in France will be sent to administer the upcoming African Union with China being non Catholic and non Muslim as the commanding military police force to co-decide and enforce.
One new industry will be the removal of plastic from the worlds oceans and fished out of the sea as a new resource to be taken to the Sahara Desert and melted with solar power and mixed with sand to form a new cheap building material for construction to the protect the forests.
This will be a very wealthy new industry.Also miles upon miles of plastic pipe for sewers and drinking water transport to be manufactured and sold to India etc.
