Andy’s business, The Pip Connect , was built on the idea of building a trading community, where people could learn the fundamentals of trading, while also having an inclusive environment where people can grow.Furthermore, Andy’s role in the Dollar Club has been an eye opener.
Their mission is to help people both domestically and internationally.
From building communities with jobs, to battling sex trafficking, Andy has been able to have an active role in contributing to these causes at a larger scale.
Through trading and coaching, Andy has been able to create his ideal life, where he has the freedom to decide what each day is going to look like and can dedicate time to his family.While his business has provided him financial freedom, Andy does not define success as a monetary value:
“To me, success means waking up every day knowing that I’ve created the life I’m living.I’ve created success.Success is not a dollar amount we have, it’s how much time we have living the life with those we love most.

Getting to this point in his life was not easy, but it has been worth it.When starting his business, Andy had to cut out the noise from people who didn’t believe in his idea or that didn’t support him.
“I had to get my mindset in the right place.
When you start a business, expectations are the killer that leads to massive letdowns.You’ll tell yourself that your best friends, family, and even people you have supported will support you.It’s typically opposite.Once you realize that’s life – you can ignore everything that’s a negative thought and become positive.If you have no expectations for what you “think” will happen and focus on your mission.You’ll always win,” states Andy.
Throughout the time he’s spent growing his business, one thing has remained clear to Andy , which is that he is doing this to create a better life for him and his family.Hence, Andy recognizes that while you may get lost at times, it’s important to constantly push yourself to be better, not only as a business owner, but more importantly as a person and to focus on giving time to your loved ones.
“Make sure your goals align.
As a business owner you’ll find yourself saying “we can do that next week”, “dads busy – show me later”.Once you fall into that mindset your family is gone.Then your wife and kids start viewing your business as their enemy.
Remember why you’re starting the business.To have more freedom.You’ve got to value your own life more than the dollar bill,” Andy says.
Throughout this year, Andy will be kicking off a new company called Fire Racks, a portable grill for camping and backpacking.At the same time, Andy is also working along with his wife to create a company that helps mom organize their lives better – fitness, health, wealth, being a mom.
In addition to these new exciting projects, Andy will continue to mentor individuals in trading so that they too can build the life they want to live.
“Focus on the now.Stop looking at everyone else’s life through a phone.If we can focus on what’s in front of us, the people that truly matter – your life becomes something you enjoy and look forward to living.We wish and dream big, but if we looked at what we’ve got, we would realize we may already be living our dream,” Andy tells us.
