It has been going on since we started our first batch back in 2010.
What as the inspiration to start it?
The inspiration or the goal behind Demo Day is to showcase our latest cohort of companies and help them meet investors for raising funds and media to gain more exposure.
What exciting things can people look forward to?
Our current cohort entails companies working and solving compelling issues in blockchain, AI, healthcare, e-commerce, esports, and fintech.
What opportunities are on offer for those attending?
Demo Day is a great opportunity for early-stage investors who are looking at promising companies to invest in.In our previous batch, we have featured companies who have gone on to raise huge funds from investors including BitMEX, that is currently valued around $8 billion.Demo Day is a great opportunity for investors to meet with the startup founders who could very well be the next unicorn.They have the opportunity to learn firsthand from founders about what they are doing and investors have the opportunity to have one-on-one meetings with founders to discuss potential investment opportunities.
In addition, we also invite media partners to attend the event.
Bringing together hundreds of credible investors and media, Demo Day offers a great opportunity for networking and since it is an invite-only event, that ensures the high quality of the event.
