Crypto Currency trading bot

We want two separated python scripts:
First:
Reading data stream for a given coin pair and store this data.It will take as input the coin pair (example: BTCUSDT), then the program has to keep reading the data stream for this platform for the given pair and save the generated (timestamp+ OHLCV + trade count) information in a csv file.The point here is that we want the interval to be less than a second.So we want a candle (a row ) every minimum time unit (50 milliseconds if possible or even less).
We want this program to be running on (Binance, Kucoin, [login to view URL], CoinTiger, and Lbank).
Second: Trading Bot:
You should know that the goal of a trading bot – in general – is to apply some strategy, so it’s two things: strategy and applying the strategy.
The good news here is that I don’t want the strategy part, I want just the “apply” part.
In other words: we want a python function that can place “buy“ orders, it will receive as input: the coin pair, the amount and all possible configurations like stop loss, take profit …… and place the buy order VERY FAST and in a PROFESSIONAL way.
And another python function to place “Sell” order FAST and PROFESSIONAL.Another function to close an opening order with the market price.And Another function to keep reading the data stream for the coin pair in a very short time (milliseconds).
The purpose of this script is to allow my strategy python part to first call the “buy” function, then call the “keep_reading” function, then call the sell function of the close function.
What do I mean by FAST and PROFESSIONAL?
This program will be applied in critical situations, so many traders will buy or sell at the same time so every millisecond can make a difference, so you have to do what it takes to make it fast (maybe you want to place 10 or 20 buy orders, maybe you will check the order book and buy directly from a bidder or …… I am counting on your experience here)
