After the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) shutdown a number of bank accounts helping fund the campaign, bitcoin has come to the rescue.
A crypto donation site ran by the Feminist Coalition movement is already accepting donations in bitcoin from across the world. We’re moving to only accepting donations in Bitcoin using BTC Pay.BTC Pay is a free, secure, decentralized and censorship-resistant platform, which makes it our best option, given the past few days #EndPoliceBrutalityinNigeria

NB : After days of demonstrations, authorities announced the scrapping of SARS and the redeployment of its officers to other police units. However, the announcement fell short of expectations for many protesters, who have since pledged to continue fighting for accountability, an end to police violence and a complete overhaul of the security apparatus.
