Friday, February 9 – It’s not very common to know each other for a week, but this diary started out really fun for me.First, because of the graphics of my friend from Dejana Pejovića Street, on which the requiem liturgy for the carp killed in the offensive on Lake Skadar is immortalized. And then because of his counter-offensive, which, to quote, “followed the defense of the rights of local fish thieves to poach on the basis of native preservation of the lake”.In the end, due to the – not least important – role of the monk who is always there for his people, especially when the lake guards need to steal the phone and throw it into the lake as soon as the fish thieves are caught in flagrante…The Unseen Miracle, Part Two, that’s what my friend titled it.It can’t be the second part but the second film, I redacted the title without the permission of the author, because in the first film the pop was engaged in significantly different activities.* * * Saturday, February 10 – The public part of the session of the Security Committee should have looked different. It didn’t, because the real issue was hidden behind a poorly worded agenda.

Intentionally, of course, only the opposition MPs realized it too late.Hearing regarding potential abuses in the Special Police Department in the case of the Do Kwon affair and other current security issues, that’s how the agenda read.Causing a rift between the chief special prosecutor Vladimir Novović and the head of the SPO, Predrag Šuković, is what it should have been like.He didn’t say it, but that doesn’t mean that Šuković won’t be sacrificed soon.

Where did I get that from? Well, from the way Novović defended him…And why do I think the agenda was a hoax? Because seven hours were spent on “other current security issues”, and thirty minutes were devoted to the main topic – the Do Kwon affair. That’s how long the attempts of MPs Jevrosima Pejović, Dritan Abazović, Filip Adžić and Milan Knežević were to get answers about the affair that could have called into question the results of the parliamentary elections. The election of the prime minister can still happen, but not only because of the indicting letter of the king of crypto currencies, but also because of Milojko Spajić’s earlier statements.

– He is one of the people who cast a shadow over the entire crypto community with his fraud.A fraudster who defrauded millions of people, including my friends and the company I worked for, when we invested in this project in early 2018 – he said after the arrest of Do Kwon. And he forgot to clarify whether, just a few months before his arrest, he had been visiting that swindler and inviting him for a return visit.- For the last five years, I stayed in contact with Spajić…

At the end of last year, he told me that he was also in Belgrade and invited me to visit his family (former partner and child), and he also came to my apartment to told – claimed Do Kwon in 2023 in a letter to the then prime minister. The question of why the current prime minister did not blame the sender but the receiver for the affair that followed remained unanswered. And one more, but much more important, which goes back to the time when he was not prime minister. How could citizen Milojko Spajić know that he was having an affair – we don’t know even eight months after he himself shared that knowledge with us.- We were informed a couple of weeks ago about that scenario, that they will try to connect us and Do Kwon – he admitted unprovoked before the entire letter became available to the public…

* * * Sunday, February 11 – The Čamgoz affair is also unsolved for now, but I am more interested in its human dimension than possible corruption and possible foreign politics. If I remember correctly, our country will not extradite him to his homeland Turkey because of his impaired health, ethnic and religious affiliation, as well as the treatment of his son by the Turkish police. What is – yes, the government that treats criminals and newcomers humanely is to be commended, but only in the event that it shows such supremacy of humanity towards its domiciles as well. When Turkey extradited Jovan Vukotić to Serbia in 2018, based on an alleged warrant that was never issued, his home country Montenegro did not even try to protect him.And not only that, she didn’t even protect his father, who was shot in front of the family home in retaliation of the opposing clan.

The fact that he sought salvation from the announced death – unfortunately – in Turkey…Suspicions that the Turkish police or local criminals were involved in the death of the younger Čamgoz have never been proven. The Turkish authorities have confirmed that the elder Čamgoz is at the head of the clan that is almost suspected of murdering Jovan Vukotić in Istanbul.* * * Monday, February 12 – The second case concerns a less tragic, but equally unequal relationship to the extradition of Svetozar Marović.If the state of Montenegro will not extradite Binalija Čamgoza to Turkey for the reasons it has officially stated, then it no longer has any right to ask Serbia to extradite Svetozar Marović.

The only difference is that Marović cannot complain about ethnic motives of persecution because he is not a Kurd but a Montenegrin. He could be religious, because he remained unconditionally and publicly loyal to the Serbian Church and Metropolitan Amfilohi, even after their split with the party of which he was the founder and ideologist. He can’t complain about the political motives of the criminal prosecution now, but they were obvious even before his arrest in December 2015.What a robbery of Budva’s budget, no one would have prevented him from entering the state budget if he had not publicly spoken about the desire of the Second to be the First. And that precisely at the time when NATO also joined the EU in an offer that cannot be refused – that membership must be paid for by arresting big fish. And only the First was a bigger fish than the Second…Regarding the persecution of the heir, cheers to Miloš and long life, Marović has an advantage over Čamgoz.

But when it comes to the rest of the family, not that he wasn’t, but he and his brother and aunt were also arrested after family funerals and memorials…As far as health is concerned, but without comparing the diagnoses, I can guarantee that Marović’s severe depression was just as true as Čamgoz’s paraplegia. But only paraplegia is obvious to a layman, depression is not? It is close, and the two of us were brought together at an early age by political persecution with drastically more severe consequences for him.

But certainly and drastically easier than those he faced at the end of the last decade.* * * Tuesday, February 13 – When a year and a half ago, the former longtime executive director of “Plantaž” Verica Maraš was on the list of those prosecuted, it was not a surprise.Today’s news, however, is not only surprising, but also shocking: Mrs.Maraš put herself on the list of victims of the former regime. And that despite the fact that she herself was the top of that regime not only in terms of economic and financial strength, but also in terms of political power connected to the DPS.

From June 1, 2012 to October 23, 2020, her earnings were illegally taken away and the state should compensate her for around 300.000 euros – that’s what the lawsuit says. The decision to reduce earnings was made by the Board of Directors of the Plantation. The signature under it was put by – Verica Maraš.According to previously published data, she earned a total of 1.235.379 euros during those eight years as executive director. Her net salary was 800.000 euros, compensation for past work was 74.000 euros, and her annual vacations were paid around 50.000 euros. As a non-refundable housing loan, i.e.

as a gift, she received another 300.000 euros from Plantaž.After leaving, she left losses of at least – 40 million euros. So, what are we going to do now? Nothing, let’s return what was taken from her and match our ears…As for me, I will be forever grateful to Mrs.

Maraš for the lawsuit. If she hadn’t opened my eyes with these 300.000, I would have died believing that I was really persecuted in the state Pobjeda while she took 300 euros a month from me for eight years…* * * Wednesday, February 14 – In order not to remain indebted to several readers who have already asked me why I do not mention the name of the main actor of the Čamgoz affair and the prime minister’s defense attorney in the Do Kwon affair, here is the answer: It was in the spring of 1956, on the last day of the Congress of the CPSU.Nikita Khrushchev gave an unannounced but historic speech “On the Cult of Personality and Its Consequences”, in which he harshly condemned Stalin’s legacy.

– And why have you been silent until now, that you didn’t say that while he was in power? – said one delegate from a further part of the congress hall.- Who asked the question? – replied the Soviet leader.

It was followed by a tajj.- Let the one who asked come forward – shouted Khrushchev this time.

Nobody spoke, Khrushchev waited a bit and then asked: – Well, is it now clear why I didn’t speak while the leader was alive?! So much for the fear that did not leave the aforementioned delegate even three years after the fall of the former Soviet regime…And about mine, with the difference that – after four decades of writing – I was scared for the first time three years after the fall of the regime…
