people outside the U.S don’t know how U.S dollars look do they they’re not questioning how if you’re gonna spend a funny money over here in the CVS or Something like that uh CBS is going to be announced and they’re gonna tell oh they’re gonna tell us that they’re good they’re gonna tell everybody a federal they’re gonna tell everybody if you printing out money but outside the US [ __ ] who to build your credit or build your business credit AI is gonna already let everybody have Perfect credit you know you’re not gonna go down to the road to pay things that you can’t pay you know ding one’s okay uh uh coinbase I don’t know if coinbase is okay you know they’re about to get into a court battle with the SCC which is the security exchange submission they’re Preparing for that we don’t know exactly what uh the SEC wants with coinbase um uh all of this fintech reality it’s fintech fintech if you don’t know it’s Financial technology which is completely completely completely important for the upcoming future because we’re going to quantulate y’all as we change as the System’s changed over we’re going to jump from this system to that system and as we do it you got to see where we’re going oh so Kraken uh where’s it located it’s it’s located in San Francisco so it is an american-based company again I don’t know if they’re going through Restrictions or not uh does Kraken report to the uh the IRS yes it does so you don’t have to worry about cracking there it supports to the IRS is the is the cryptos currency uh uh cracking in trouble let’s see Kraken had shut down its chain striking services for Customers in the U.S signing a settlement in which an exchange forced to pay 30 million penalties to the SEC change to validation of security uh acting and um you know so it it should it was shut down but it must be popping up again because it’s it’s it’s it’s It’s out there going y’all so stay live stay stay right on the Kraken while we’re cracking um let uh let let me withdraw my USD do you have a negative balance in any cryptocurrency exchange this will prevent uh withdrawals okay deposit funds in in the currency has a Negative balance on Exchange and other these uh you know International investigation centers you don’t want to do that because if you do everything That you put into that pot it’s ultimately going to be an ID that’s going to be set for you forever as you have cryptocurrency as your children has cryptocurrency has your children’s children as cryptocurrency all of your crypto assets all of that will be uh lockdown that you that you once to court with the security Exchange unfortunately the SEC issued coinbase in in Wells notice and with a Wells notice which is often one of the final steps before regulator form issues changes Armstrong the owner also the coin babe would consider option of investing more abroad including re-locating from the U.S to elsewhere if the regulatory situation does not Improve so that’s what I mean what ended up happening man when there’s Regulators that come down The Regulators are here to protect the U.S here first right it’s not here it’s not that they coming down yo lock your butt down what you doing is crazy no they’re not coming to do that Here they want to protect the U.S here first um because it because you gotta understand what they’re protecting they’re not just protecting life
