Hey and welcome to this price update of tower Luna classic and in this video we’re going to talk about the current compression that is going on we’re going to have a look at the biggest resistance and of course the bullish scenario which might actually play out very soon in Case one key thing is happening so let’s talk about that in this video first of all let’s get into the macro Zone we can clearly see that we actually were holding on the daily chart at this level up here at 9072 which has been a very important level previously as well and Holding this level just confirms that this is not actually an Sr level right so when we were below there was acting as a resistance like we could see back here we were struggling for quite some time to get above and then we found support on it back here then resistance For a couple of days here and now three days in a row closing Above This level which is really important to see but we also still have this compression going on where we don’t really have any clear Market structure but instead we actually having a lower highs and higher lows and That also means that we are tightening up more and more and then at the end this is going to lead to a massive move so far Luna classic is actually looking fairly nice we just have to cross this resistance which is a diagonal all the Way from the 6th of June so this is a fairly new level but definitely an important one which we must cross to the upside but no this is way more important and I’ve been talking about this for the last couple of days as well and that is the daily ma ribbon because In my opinion the daily ma ribbon right now will be the key thing for Luna classic to finally be really bullish again and see much bigger moves and much stronger moves to the upside the last time we actually got above the daily EMA ribbon there was back here was leading To nice moves to the upside and the last time before that just look at this what happened here that was leading to the massive move last year in around August so it’s almost been one year ago um but yet again we are fighting to get above the EMA ribbon and just look back How big of a resistance they were ever since back here since the 15th of February every time we got into the daily MMA ribbon we just got rejected and even here this massive pump to the upside we didn’t get any follow-ups so what do we want to see now is that we’re Breaking above the M.A ribbon and really holding above that will be the key thing following a classic to really be bullish again um I think that is really the most important thing for hourly chart right now not that important but I think this really emphasizes first of all the Resistance the diagonal I think we can maybe update this right here make it a bit more accurate um and we can clearly see that the highs are getting lower and the lows are getting higher right so we can also say that this right here might be some sort Of triangle right we’re making higher lows and lower highs and we’re compressing more and more and more towards the end and then the latest yeah we’re going to see a move it’s the latest going to be at the 2nd of July I’m expecting a move actually earlier Bitcoin is right now also at a key level of course also pay attention to what Bitcoin is doing if Bitcoin is not dropping back below 29 000 which is also macro Zone then this will obviously also have an effect on lunar classic but for no Bitcoin is holding steadily also it Is weakened so I would probably wait for the next week to really open now because usually weekend price action is not really reliable but for now we can clearly see this compression for all EMA ribbon actually not that important but on the forward chart you can really see How the market structure is going on right now if we’re not having a look at the RSI we could actually see right here a bearish Divergence we had pretty much a slightly higher high on the RSI but a clearly a lower high on the price which is indicating some weakness on lunar Classic we can see it right here that the site was definitely lower and on the RS I was slightly higher but this also played out already we didn’t pay attention to this previously I think probably bonds perfectly from the support and now we bought perfectly again from the resistance and I expected This really is going to be the biggest level for lunar classic and if we see a break to the upside that would then also mean we’re going to break above the daily EMA ribbon which will be the key thing here volume wise is actually still pretty decent which is nice to see I’m Looking at current market cap Luna classic still trending on rank 9.the last 24 hours the volume actually went up by 11 up to 67 million which is really really amazing especially in the last two or three weeks ever since lunar classic got this big pump to the upside The volume has been absolutely amazing and I love to see that because that means more people are interested in Luna classic more people are interested in trading this and overall that’s really good for the whole Community however for the burning this actually slowed down a little bit which is very unfortunate Today so far we had 20 million yesterday 65 before that 69 59.39 so you can really see how this is actually slowing down so we definitely want to see more burning but for now that’s
