Dear fellow investors, friends, family and future self.This update comes out later than usual because I prioritized helping my brother doing garden work around an investment property he bought recently.The property has 3000 m2 of land and it needs a lot of work.The outside area has not been maintained for years.
It was filled with weeds well above waist level when he bought it.Plants, trees and bushes were fighting each other to reach the sun light.We’re already progressing nicely.I think he’ll be able to flip the house within a year or two and make a respectable amount of money from the renovation.
It’s lovely to be in Denmark when the weather is warm and sunny.Especially with close family nearby.Next month we’ll be moving back to Portugal.Flight tickets have been booked and we already secured a 12 month lease contract on a house.
While it’ll be sad to part with those close to us, I look very much forward to seeing our friends in Portugal again.I hope everything will work out for us even though we haven’t reached financial independence by most frequently used measurements.
