Pursuant to the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act, 15 U.S.C.§ 77z-1(a)(3)(A)(i)(II), any member of the proposed class seeking to serve as lead plaintiff of the proposed class shall, no later than 60 days after the date on which this notice is published, move the Court for appointment as lead plaintiff and approval of lead plaintiff’s selection of lead counsel.
Any member of the proposed class may move the Court to serve as lead plaintiff through counsel of their choice, or may choose to do nothing and remain a member of the proposed class.If you purchased EOS tokens during the Class Period, you have until June 8, 2020 to ask the Court to appoint you as lead plaintiff for the class.
No class has yet been certified in the above action.Until a class is certified, you are not represented by counsel unless you retain a lawyer.You may retain counsel of your choice.You may also remain an absent class member and do nothing at this point.
