“WE’RE CAUGHT IN A TIME WARP…AND WILL ANYTHING EVER BE THE SAME?” | by Nahulanham | Dec, 2021 |

“And Crawling, On the Planet’s Face, Some Insects, Called the Human Race.Lost in Time and Lost in Space… and meaning.” Rocky Horror Show I was listening to a young, energetic female options trader on You Tube who goes by the moniker of Black Girl and thinking how sharp she was and down to earth. She seemed to come from a very fundamental place in her explanations on how options trading works.

I was impressed with her gut level strategies and smartness — until I heard her utter that she didn’t know the difference between her time (Texas) and the opening hour of the New York Stock Exchange.

At first, I foun d myself critical and thought…and I’m looking for advice from her when she doesn’t know one time from another.

But then I began to think about it.It was really about her time, which is Texas time, and not about New York’s time that was crucial to get an early jump on the new trends affecting the market.

So, technically, it wasn’t so much about everyone else’s time, it was really about the time subjective stream the individual is swimming in that really counts…or is it?

TIME AND RELATIVITY

So, I bet you’re not surprised that I’m suddenly switching gears and beginning to talk about Einstein’s theory of relativity? Right? Well, it’s not an aside issue, it’s central to the issue of time, distance and rate of velocity.

Which might not mean a lot to someone that not a physics buff, but if you relate it to the buying and selling shares in the options market, it means EVERYTHING!

In ergonomic terms, it’s the rate at which a share option moves toward a strike price that you buy into when you purchase a percentile ‘call’ share. What you’re buying into, is the amount of energy (cost) of the share percentage, (option) divided by the time when it must be either (put) sold or traded.

A wise investor are they who keeps an eye on that timeline and seeks to stay ahead of its rate of flow toward that given date.

As we know, all this is determined by the ‘bigger picture,’ which is the economic climate in which the stock market is immersed.

Hello! NASDAQ doesn’t exist in a vacuum; it is governed by numerous outside influences.I guess I should say ‘inside’ influences, because it’s when we tend to think too far within the immediate stock market prices and not noticing what the outside influences are that are affecting the market.

It’s at this point that one gets in so much trouble.

So, what has all this to do with time and energy.

Remember the old adage “time is energy,” or “money is energy?” Well, that energy is your portfolio, or the pool of cash that you deposit when you began options trading.

How well you study the trends which is the ‘bigger picture’ will determine how successful a businessperson you are in the end.Poor strategy is simply not looking at the bigger picture ‘outside’ the small screen in front of your face.

WE’VE GOT TO START THINKING IN RELATIVITY TERMS

Which brings me to an interesting point, and one which reflects the title of this article and its intent — that time linear time is a passe’ notion because we actually don’t live in clock time anymore (or for the most part) but were living in quantum time which is a chaos of time zones all mixed together and coming at you from innumerous sources.

All of these sources make up the bigger picture and contain major environmental events, economic swings, ups and down in politics, wars, conflicts of all kinds and above all the energy status of the planet.

I’m thinking here in terms of the global climate and what it’s doing to the individual energy market in each part of the world.

It is through these varying extremes that we are able to clearly see that the market as well as the world now is vitally interdependent, a world caught up in computers that operate at speeds far in excess of our puny individual clock time, that there is a major distortion at work between our perception of individual time and world time and the rate at which energy and its consumption operate.

Individual time is relevant to what’s cooking here, but abroad — it’s a whole different menu to stew about.

We have to thoroughly catch up by integrating the dual extremes before we go crazy and suddenly discover a dystopic world that collapses in upon itself.

TIME, ENERGY AND BITCOIN’S DEMISE

This is what is going to happen and is happening now to Bitcoin crypto currency. It’s out of touch with its portfolio or energy source, because the rate of its expansion and growth is burning the energy up before the currency ripens to fruition.Eventually, there will be a major collapse and according to a person I know who has invested and studied this market for a long time, that has already happened.

Undoubtedly, we have to integrate the bigger energy plus individual time picture together in a practical, energy-saving way, or we will see the world crash into an economic catastrophe which will be comparable to the global climate one that we’re in collectively today..
