1.Code to be package on a hardhat project so it can run against a set of set of testcases using a local network forked from mainnet

1.Initial deployment to run on local hardhat network forked from optimism mainet
2.
Deploy to live testnet (Kovan)
3.Detailed document that would allow deployment in mainet on AWS
