Banking unicorn Revolut is valued at $33 billion and currently hiring for over 200 positions in various areas like finance, engineering operations, marketing, and more.

Launched in 2015 by founders Nikolay Storonsky and Vlad Yatsenko, the firm offers banking services like making payments and online purchases across multiple currencies through its app and debit cards.

It also includes features like stock trading, cryptocurrency exchanges and peer-to-peer payments.

The app currently has over 20 million users and is available in more than 200 countries, according to its website .The app also includes more than 30 currencies.

In 2021, the company announced plans to let its 2,000-plus employees work abroad for up to two months a year, following demand from staff for more flexibility.

Insider analysis of disclosures of Revolut’s foreign hires in the US between 2019 and 2021 showed that one operating partner at Revolut made a base salary of $300,000 at the company in 2021, a head of crypto made $250,000, and a senior backend engineer made $175,000.

The salaries we analyzed only reflect Revolut’s offers to foreign talent working in the US, and may differ from what the firm pays other international talent.They also don’t include any additional compensation, like stock awards or bonuses.
